OK BOYS! The CHUCK ROAST is in the oven at about 220F and should be done in the morning. Its braising with wine, beef broth, onions, carrots, celery, peas, garlic, worchestershire sauce, and spuds! I'm gonna thicken up the gravy in the morning. YER ALL INVITED FOR LUNCH TOMORROW!! |

The roast was well browned and removed from the pan, then the veggies were sauteed and the roast put on the veggies. Then the beef broth and wine was added. Oh, I forgot. Rehydrated shitake mushrooms also! |
